ChurchAudioTemplate is a result of decades of experience in church design and installation. We realized that over 70% of small to medium size churches were built on a few classic designs.
Speaker systems and their locations need to be carefully designed because every church is different and the speaker system’s coverage is critical to good sound. We have found that the electronics signal flow and amplification at the heart of these systems is often very similar. We have built a database of church systems, in these common church type groups.
The speaker location and performance in these common rooms is designed and studied using some of the most sophisticated software in the world. If your church fits into one of these basic styles we modify an existing template to get your church’s actual data. This saves thousands of dollars compared to hiring a consultant. If your church is unusual or your needs are special we will recommend that you contact our custom church audio design group or supply you with a list of local consultants in your area.
As a client there is an extensive “needs assessment” interview and combined with your church’s interior dimensions and digital photos we can accurately come up with a very good design.
We do take budgetary factors into consideration as we refine the design. Once the design is finalized we supply what information you will need to correctly install your system. You will have drawings showing wiring and connectors, specific speaker aiming data (with aiming instructions) and a full equipment list.
You can purchase equipment from your local supplier, online, or if you prefer from us. We even have an optional service where we will build your equipment rack with your equipment, followed by a testing burn-in period before shipping it to you for a very reasonable fee. We can also supply you with a list of the closest qualified system contractors to complete your installation if you desire.

ChurchAudioTemplate provides you with the most cost effective way to design your next church sound system. We understand that many churches have electricians, carpenters or musicians who can install the gear, they just don't know what they need and where to put it. ChurchAudioTemplate exists specifically to address the needs of those churches who wish to install the system themselves or use a local small contractor, but need guidance to do it.
Selecting the perfect package for your church is easy. Simply pick the package that describes the size and type of worship service that you have. Once you have selected your package, you will need to send us:
- Digital photos of your church
- A basic interior floor plan and elevations
- Dimensions of the rooms that we will be designing systems in
- Fill out our site survey form
- Have key-person telephone conference with one of our staff.
- Assign a liaison from the church for us to communicate through
- Keep communication open
Once we complete the design of your new church audio system, you will be provided with three different component lists. Each of these component lists are fully capable of providing high quality sound to your church, they are composed of different brand name products and offer slightly different performance and cost.

I've read about the different packages, what if your proposed system is beyond our budget?
As you have read in the packages section, if you buy the gear from us you will enjoy a partial to full rebate of your package purchase price. In addition, we always offer three system choices: good, better, and best. Each system will meet your audio needs. The main difference between the systems is the brands/features/quality set used in each.
We have received the plans, diagrams etc,... but I still need help.
No problem, every package includes varying amounts of help. Please see packages for the amounts of time included with each package. We even have support on site for additional fees. Call us toll free at 866-444-8090 and we'll help you get back on track.
